The refund policy is way too strict — no refunds once you've started a digital download, even if you've only played a couple minutes and decide the game isn't for you. Steam gives you a 2-hour window, which is way more reasonable. Also don't think PlayStation Plus is worth the cost anymore. On PC you can get a huge library of free-to-play games and don't need a subscription just to play online. Sony should really reconsider both of these if they want to stay competitive.

Login not working. After I enter my passkey info, it looks like it's signing me in, but goes right back to the sign in screen. Very disappointing experience from a company of Sony's stature. Even more disappointing for people who pay Sony's high prices for membership and this is the level of service received. I can't recommend this app or service no matter how good some of their games and consoles are.

The app is manageable at best but definitely needs an overhaul. Messages don't send unless you open the app, so if you get a notification, don't just reply from the notification, go ahead and open the app and reply to it that way. it's iffy on Wi-Fi and data even 3 ft from my wireless router. Finding things through the app is tedious and requires clicking here and there just to do simple things most of the time, However when you actually get into the app and do what you need to do it's fine.
